What’s included for $650?

The full boat for up to 22 people — captain, all equipment, two couch-style tubes, ice and coolers, and a Bluetooth speaker for your group’s music. The $650 is flat for the boat, not per person, so smaller groups pay the same as a full 22. Gratuity for the captain isn’t included — industry standard is 18% and our captains earn it.

Is it private if we don’t fill the boat?

Always private. Even if your group is 8 people, the boat is yours for the session — you’re never sharing with strangers. The $650 books the whole vessel up to 22 guests.

What kind of tubes do you have?

We pull two 3-person “couch-style” tubes at a time. They’re built for groups — kids can ride with parents or siblings on the same tube, and they still move fast enough for older kids who want speed. We don’t allow flipping or stunt-tubing on these. If your crew wants radical tubing, that’s what our private ski boat charters are for.

Can we bring food and drinks?

BYOB is fine — bring whatever you want to drink. We don’t recommend food. The boat is moving the whole session and food gets messy fast. If you want to eat, save it for before or after the trip — Stone Harbor has plenty of spots within walking distance.

Is there shade on the boat?

Not while tubing. The Stone Harbor Charter is an open vessel built for water sports, so plan for sun — hats, sunscreen, and rash guards if you’re out at peak hours. The session is 1.5 hours, mostly active, so most groups don’t mind the sun.

What’s your cancellation and weather policy?

If we cancel for weather, you reschedule at no charge — captain’s call on water conditions, always. If you need to cancel or reschedule on your end, do it more than 24 hours before your session and there’s no charge. Cancellations or no-shows inside 24 hours are charged the full session rate. We send multiple reminders with easy cancellation options so you’ve got every chance to let us know — just give us the heads up and we’ll work with you.
